When should guests arrive?

Guests should plan to arrive at 2:30 PM ET.

Are kids allowed?

Due to the location of the ceremony and other logistical details, we respectfully request that guests do not bring any children under the age of 3 to the event.---If you plan to bring children over the age of 3,please indicate this when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

What should we wear?

The event will have an elevated Halloween-party atmosphere. Costumes are welcome provided they are not obtrusive or risqué; formal attire is also appropriate (no inflatables).If you prefer, you may wear formal clothing for the ceremony and change into a costume for the reception.Attendents will ask guests to remove high heel shoes for the chairlift transportation, but they can be carried and put back on upon arriving at the top of the mountain.If you would like more details regarding what to wear, please go <a href="https://www.maisyandnick.com/dress-code" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.

What is there going to be for food?

Open bar or cash bar?

Each guest of legal drinking age will receive two drink tickets redeemable for a signature cocktail, beer, wine, or well beverage. Additional alcoholic beverages beyond these tickets will be available for purchase. A complimentary champagne toast will also be offered during the reception. If you are 21+ but prefer a nonalcoholic option (sparkling cider), please indicate this on your RSVP.

How are we going to get to the ceremony?

We will be taking the chairlift to the top of the mountain. It is recommended that all children who ride are accompanied by an adult. For guests unable to use the chairlift, a vehicle will be available to transport people to the summit; seating is limited, so please use the chairlift if you are able.If you need to be transported to the top of the mountain,please indicate so when you RSVP.

Elegant Halloween Party

We’re going for an elevated Halloween party vibe.Guests are welcome to choose one of two styles:

Costumes:

Creative, festive, and tasteful costumes are encouraged. Think elevated or stylish interpretations such as witchy, gothic, royalty, fantasy, vintage-inspired, or subtly spooky looks. Costumes should be comfortable, weather-appropriate, and easy to move in. Please avoid inflatables or overly revealing outfits.

Formal Attire:

Guests who prefer not to wear a costume are encouraged to dress in elevated, photo-ready attire. Think long dresses, midi dresses, or dressy separates in rich fall colors or textures (velvet, satin, knits). Suits or dress pants with button-downs, blazers, or layers are great options.

Things to Remember:

🕸️ Please plan for layers such as coats, wraps, or jackets.🕸️ Per venue guidelines, high heels must be removed prior to boarding the chairlift to ensure guest safety, but may be put back on once guests have unloaded from the chairlift.🕸️ Boots, flats, or sturdy dress shoes are encouraged.🕸️ There will be time to change before the reception if you would like to adjust your outfit.
